First of all, we will review the packaging of this flash. Yes, as you can see in the photo above, the TEAMGROUP C212 Extreme Speed packaging is similar to most flash disk packages.

As for the size itself, it’s arguably bigger than the TEAMGROUP Spark RGB 128. However, it’s much lighter in weight, which only weighs 9 grams. Therefore, you can pocket this flash drive and take it anywhere easily.

How to use this flash is very easy. You only need to use your finger to move the slider to the top, then you can directly connect the flash with other devices.
Oh yeah, this flash drive is not equipped with RGB lights like that stunning. However, when you connect it to another device such as a laptop, the red indicator light will flash briefly.
Now, when the flash is being used to transfer data, the light indicator will flash and turn off automatically when the data transfer process is over.

Yes, as we said before, TEAMGROUP offers fast performance for a flash drive in its class, through this one product. Speeds of more than 500MB/s can be achieved if you use it for data transfer processes. Is that true?
To prove this claim, we did a test with the CrystalDiskMark8 software.
We use it to transfer data on a laptop powered by an AMD A10 Radeon R5 2.5GHz processor and 8GB of RAM, and equipped with Windows 10 OS. The following are the results of this flash benchmark test using software CrystalDisk Mark 8.
We use setting 5 test countand test files 4 GiB, as well as MB/s for unit tests. As shown in the image above, the SEQ1MQ8T1 test results show the numbers 327.62 for the read speed, and 221.25 for the write speed.
You could say that the claim from TEAMGROUP is quite valid, because results close to 600 MB/s for data transfer can be produced easily by this device.
It’s just that, with the laptop device we use to transfer files of 4GB, it takes us about 3 minutes for the process to complete.
Not only testing it on a Windows 10 OS-based laptop, we also did a second test on another device, namely a MacBook powered by an Intel Core i5 with a 1.6 GHz Dual-Core processor and 4GB of RAM.
The difference is, we use the AmorphousDiskMark 4.0 software which suitable for a MacBook. Functions and features software it is the same as CrystalDiskMark.
To test the TEAMGROUP flash we reviewed, we used similar settings applied to our previous test with CrystalDiskMark8.
